Presentation Tips

Content: Open with a hook. Explain the problem before the solution. Show specific numbers in results. End with one clear takeaway.

Delivery: Practice at least twice. Speak to the audience, not the screen. Stay within 7 minutes.

Demo: Pre-load everything. Narrate each step. Show the most interesting part of the pipeline, not the setup.

Visuals: Large fonts (24pt minimum). Minimize text per slide. Include architecture diagrams. One idea per slide.
